What are the characteristic symptoms of the colon cancer?

Often it appears mucosity in the stool accompanied by blood with a dark color (black). The intestinal transit becomes irregularly and variable as consistency (alternance diarrheas / constipation).

The colon cancer may damage a good anus closure by causing a permanent sensation of dejection.

If the cancer is located upper on the colon it may create also some abdominal hurts. A weight loss may appear or not.

How is treated the colon cancer?

The large intestine must be removed and the two intestine heads linked by a suture.

It the tumor is inside very close to the rectum, the above mentioned process is not possible, practicing an artificial anus.
